The winter Board of Directors meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, 8 December at Windsor Tower at 5 Tudor city place. While participation in actual Board meeting discussions is restricted to Directors and third-party service firm representatives attendees from any First Monetary shareholder bank are welcome to sit in as observers.

First Monetary's Members and their spouses are cordially invited to attend a Holiday Reception and Dinner at Marchi's Restaurant in Manhattan. The reception will be held at 6:30 p.m., with dinner to follow at 7:30 p.m.

Hotel Accommodations - Hotel rooms for our New York City overnight guests will be arranged at the One UN. With spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and East River, the One UN touts several amenities including: a fitness center, heated indoor pool, massage and sauna and indoor tennis court on the 39th floor. For those directors who may find it more convenient to stay in New York Friday night, hotel rooms have been reserved at the One UN. Members who wish to remain in Manhattan to enjoy the holiday spirit are invited to extend their stay at the One UN.
