Passports are the preferred document for entry into Bermuda and are required of all visitors. U.S. citizens returning to the U.S. must have valid passports. Passports will be the only recognized travel document for American travelers returning to the U.S.

First Monetary Mutual Limited will reimburse a member institution $400 towards a delegate's expenses while attending the Annual Shareholders meeting.  Reimbursement will be made 60 days after the meeting

• A $400 reimbursement draft will be issued to a Member institution who attends the Shareholders' Meeting
   

• First Monetary will reimburse members 60 days after the meeting.

Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Delegates must make reservations directly with the Southampton Princess sales office. The hotel requires a two night per room deposit before 30th April 2012. Reservations received after this date are subject to hotel availability.

The single occupancy rate is $524 and the double rate is $629; both rates include the Modified American Plan (MAP).

The daily gratuity charge is $11.00 per person. The Bermuda tax is 9.75% of the hotel bill.

The special meeting rate is available three days before the meeting and three days after the meeting, subject to availability. In addition to breakfast and dinner daily, this plan includes English afternoon tea, lounge chairs at beach or pool, the bellmen, housekeeping, and dining room staff services. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Reservations canceled within 45 days prior to arrival will be charged one nights European Plan room revenue. Reservations canceled within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged two nights' European Plan room revenue.
